About Me

Childhood, adolescence, and young adulthood can be a challenging time with many big emotions. I truly enjoy partnering with clients and their families to learn more about themselves or their child, build coping skills, and foster resilience that will follow them into adulthood.

I have over a decade of experience working with young people in a variety of settings, five of those years as a mental health therapist, and have worked in outpatient, inpatient, in-home, and nature based settings.

I am passionate about providing care that is affirming to your identity, including but not exclusive to gender, sexuality, relationship style, and expression. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and aim to create a space of understanding, warmth, and mutual respect where you can feel truly heard.

When I’m not providing therapy or engaging in further learning, I enjoy strolling through the farmers market, traveling with friends and family, cuddling with my cats, and practicing musical skills.
