About My Practice
Childhood, adolescence, and young adulthood can be a challenging time with many big emotions. In my practice, I partner with clients and their families to learn more about them or their child, build coping skills, and foster resilience that will follow them into adulthood. When you choose me as your therapist, be assured you are working with an experienced mental health professional.
My career has taken me through intensive inpatient settings to outpatient treatment, as well as in-home visits and nature-based intervention. I am passionate about providing counseling that affirms your or your child’s identity, including but not exclusive to gender, sexuality, relationship style, and expression. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and aim to create a space of understanding, warmth, and mutual respect where you can feel truly heard.
When I’m not providing therapy or engaging in further learning, I enjoy strolling through the farmers market, traveling with friends and family, cuddling my cats, and practicing music!
